The Slattery Patissier and Chocolatier is a store where customers can come and buy treats such as cream cakes, tarts, Belgian chocolates, jams chutneys and more. They also have a wedding cake showroom on their second floor where you can admire and get ideas for your big day. There are more than 40 cakes on display and hundreds more photographed to look at. The bakery is situated upstairs where customer can see the bakers at work. Courses are held in the Slattery School of excellence where you can learn, chocolate making, sugar craft, baking and even private tuition is on offer.

Heaton’s Cakes are based in Manchester and have a number of courses available for complete beginners to more experienced cake decorators. Some of the courses on offer include an introductory course, a modelling skills course and royal icing courses. These start from £20 per person and run from 7pm till 9:30pm.
